We have developed this idea further. A floating village for everyone. The high density, together with sustainable prefab architecture and different typologies, make the village accessible and affordable for everyone (!).

Living on the water offers an unprecedented opportunity for water recreation and experiencing nature.

The houses have a heat pump in the floating concrete hull that generates heat (and coolness) from the surface water. In addition, they are equipped with: solar panels, plants, a thick layer of insulation, triple glazing, airtight foils, sustainable prefabricated and circular materials, smart grid connection, smart recycle / recovery systems, etc. In addition, it encourages movement. Shared electric cars are parked in a compact parking lot. The “streets” or docks are only accessible on foot or by bike, which creates a pleasant social atmosphere. The dock thus forms a meeting place for everyone.
